From my experience with similar looking and I’m guessing similar performing modlists, I’d definitely recommend SSD minimum and if you have an NVME then installing there.

Camera is way too close, your character takes up almost the entire middle part of the screen and you barely see anything... other than that, seems pretty solid.

Most new mod collections will be similar to Ultima since most mods are public... And if anything, Ultima is based on Nolvus so... you know.

This is simply not feasible in a high density area with high amounts of drawcalls and combat. The DLSS3 will choke, or you will have to go to very low resolution and upres from that. Skyrim needs this drawcall problem solved.
