what is the down time? Does your face hurt after?
@JoannaVargasSkinCareNewYork3 ай бұрын
@e.bradley9182 It does depend on your skin type but we usually say the average time is a week. Everyone has a different response, especially the first time, while that would be unusual feedback, we cannot promise what yours might be different.

@nadiarooney7536 light therapy, red and infrared to be specific help not only in the healing process but also will improve or erase any potential scarring and the sooner you start the better the results. So if you aren't close by find a local provider. Wishing you the best of luck, the JV team.

If anyone is watching and reading this comment... i HIGHLY suggest taking your bee pollen and grinding it up wirh a mortar and pestle. This spoon smashing/side slicing method isnt going to make it fine enough for a mask, unless youve got endless time on your hands. Itll be gritty and chunky. Also, you can substitute coconut oil with another oil - like vitamin e oil, jojoba, moringa oil, apricot kernal oil (all which deeply penetrate multiple skin layers, as well as not being a super surface "oily" oil like coconut oil will always be) do NOT use sweet almond oil (or any thick viscosity oil - i.e. olive oil, coconut oil) ... OR you can substitute the oil with whole milk. Milk does have skin softening properties - like raw honey. Its anyones choice though ❤ Just remember - if this is to help acne or soothe skin, we dont want it just layering on the skin surface. We want good stuff to penetrate our skin layers! Hope this really helps someone

If you blend & powder the Bee Pollen first then mix the ingredients together, your finished product will feel so much better on the face & it'll be easier to apply & go on smoothly! Have you ever tried this mask yourself with what you just showed us how to make?

Hi there. Love your video. Your skin looks amazing!! I’m here looking for help 😞 I did a number on myself. It’s been almost a year and a half now and it seems this may be permanent. I was going through one of the most traumatizing events of my life and was not thinking clearly. Basically what happened is I THOUGHT I had herpes on my lips, like a fool, I put everything and the kitchen sink on it. I put essential oils like Melissa, oregano oil and I believe the one that did me in was ACV. It burned so badly my head was like a tea pot when it touched my skin. To make matters worse, I went in a tanning bed for a short minute a few days later. Honestly I have no idea what I was thinking. I had recently lost my job and I was going through a lot that an ex put me through. The last thing I needed was herpes. Now come to find out i believe it was just my own fordyce spots that were enlarged from oils I was eating. I’ve tried everything man: centelua, candula cream, hydraulic acid, sea buckthorn, rose hip oil, a stem cell regenerist cream, vitamin C serums. I’m just so dang depressed. Looking at the mirror everyday and my upper lip looking like I drank kool aid. I think I wrecked my dermis as it gets irritated from the sun or acidic things like coffee. I think it’s also the fact my fordyce spots are still there on the upper clef of my lip so they stick out as they’re white and the rest is red/pink consistently. Please help. I went to two dermatologist so far and he prescribed me hydroquinone and the other said they could do a laser for carterizing the blood to help redness I think it’s KTP non ablative. But I’m afraid it’ll make it worse. It’s really not bad but I can definitely notice it. It’s just consistently red… anything I can do to lighten the skin back up or did I just damage the dermis where it’s not perfect anymore ? I might try a Cyspera next and Azelic acid, retinoids, melacream?…

Hi, first of all it seems you are performing your massage on dry skin, is it true? It is a must that you clean the face and apply an oil so that you dont damage the skin with the movements, Secondly, you are applying too much pressure on the skin, for a lymhatic massage. Lymph is between the skin and the muscles so only LIGHT pressure on the skin is required. Please dont post videos on KZbin if you are not educated properly on the techiques..Or else, please rename the video to face massage and not lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage is not the last 2 movements you are showing, it is on the whole face

Lymphatic drainage is super light. It’s moving skin, not muscle. As a message I’m sure it feels good

Hi Sarah. You did an amazing job. Well done. Can you please tell what wattage light did you use. I have ankle scars from fracture surgery and just trying to work out strength and dosage of the lights. Need healing inside and outside. I don't want to cook the scar.
