I from *suluxy* bought a Birkin and I went into Louis Vuitton at South Coast Plaza with a friend who wanted to buy a card case and we received great customer service. They offered us water..LOL I would never buy authentic knowing that are just as good.

Fashion nova disappointed me, I made a purchase in April that never arrived After I waited and complained, they supposedly gave me a gift card. I placed another order in May and this one never arrived either. I called the shipping company and what a surprise when I gave them a number.From the guide they told me that number does not exist, and so I stayed another month, because of so much waiting I demanded my money back which This was almost two months ago and I always send them an email and they tell me that they have already made the return and it is lies, I feel scammed by this company, that I was a loyal customer and invested a lot. Money and now they don't take my situation into account
