Spend all that time measuring and pressing, to only wrap them in paper to freeze? Why not vacuum seal them to ward off freezer burn?

1:33 I pushed the spring down from the knob, held the area with needle nose pliers and unscrewed the knob this way… thus keeping the thickness setting.

Try some pool noodles on the top of that and wrap that frabic around
@SamMiller-b4z Жыл бұрын
You just have to remove the top handle. The depth adjuster doesn't need to be unscrewed. That way you don't lose your thickness setting.

GROUND up, not GRINDED up. No such word in English. Tsk, tsk! Very nice demo, many thanks! Looks like this one has all the same accessories as big brother, Big Bite #8. Goes pretty fast too. I am trying to decide between the $60 Gourmia or the $219 LEM Mighty Bite. I cannot see the gears and wish they had to disclose what was inside the grinder by law. LEM is definitely more robust. I wish I knew if it did chicken bones too.

I just converted my tortilla press into a hamburger press with a piece of 6 inch pipe and flat bar. It can convert back to a tortilla press in 30 seconds. But of course I have a machine shop. It makes a 12 ounce 6X1/2 inch patty. Next mold will be 4X1/2. Cling wrap works great.
@johnkramer12252 жыл бұрын
Can you post a video of it? After watching this video, I'm not buying this one...
@leedoss69052 жыл бұрын
@@johnkramer1225 I would like to but don't do videos. Sorry. It's basically taking it apart and putting linkage where the hinge is to raise the top half up. Lots of grinding and filling involved. Drilling and measuring. It is cast iron and I have a small personal machine shop. Used 4 inch and 6 inch steel pipe to make the meat molds. Cut around 1/2 inch thick and finished smoothing with a flapper wheel on a right angle grinder. A lot of tedious work.

Get a 15 or 20 foot piece of camo NETTING. You can see through it because your close to it but the deer can't from a distance. You're in the woods?? get a couple of sticks to support the net!! End of lesson!!!

Great little camera in terms of pic & video quality. Don't use the bluetooth & wireless facility, it is absolutely useless as far as I am concerned which is confirmed by so many negative reviews on many different sites. I attach a wired connection to the Micro USB socket to download pics/videos.
@ZachAttack16613 жыл бұрын
With 21 months of using this camera, I have not had any problems with the Bluetooth. It’s all about getting accustomed to how far away you can connect and the cell service on your phone.

To best clear the meat out of the trough you need some Stiff bread like a flour tortilla shell folded up then folded across & send it through...As soon as you see the flour shell its clear just keep running til it all comes out ...Secondly , you should,ve bought the LEM BIG BITE # 12 ....You wouldn't have to run 2 grinds ...You could have run the fine grind the first time around & the motor noise wouldn't have been quite so loud ... The # 12 you almost don't need the tamper at all , it seems to just suck the meat through all by itself as long as you cut it in small enough strips to not fill the tube too tightly , it's ok, you'll learn how to work with your grinder instead of Working your grinder ...And I think the word you were searching for instead of " grinded " is " ground "..... You've gotten off to a great start Buying a LEM GRINDER PRODUCT...But don't put that grinder away too quickly ...If you start buying your meats in whole sections & cut them up yourself & grind & make your own ground products & patties & sausages you will save as much as 50% on your meat bill & you can mix it to your own taste & liking , you'll end up much happier & satisfied ...Good Luck ...

How can you do a video about something you have no clue on how it operates, "I gotta go figure that out", really. You and other are quick to jump on this bandwagon to convince other people about shitty and shoddy products being sold. This burger press is mass produced like many others under different names, and if the truth be told, they are bloody useless, with no control over patty thickness, unless you try to turn and screw until you get what you like, no thickness to patty weight, a scribbled 6" four lined instruction page which is pretty useless in its entirety, and the press itself is shoddy and unstable. Honestly, these presses are useless, and that's an honest report and if you think this presentation is good, then you deserve to be parted with your money
