Hi, can you please make sure you used type password for the repeat password field. Also make sure you have added a good amount of length for the password fields in the database. You can also check the comments for other solutions.

Hi, you are not adding html directly into database here rather you are storing html form data into the database. I can explain why, suppose your facebook account, you always find all the information that you added earlier, how do you find it, it is because those information have been added into database. This is why we need to store data into database.

Hi, there can be several reasons. No 1, Please make sure you selected a good length for the password fields in the database. As the password hash will be a big string so you will need to select enough length for it. No 2, please make sure you used type password for the repeat password fields which I forgot to mention.

Hi, probably all the entries have the same id. Please double check the database and make sure you made the id column auto incremented.

Instead of $_SESSION['user'] = "yes" , grab the username from database and put it there, like $_SESSION['user'] = $username (variable where username from database is stored). Hope you understood.
