To transfer your USDT from your OKX wallet to Binance, here’s a step-by-step guide (but this is not to be taken as Financial Advice, so please check before you do anything): Log into Binance - Head to your Binance account or app. Go to Wallet > Deposit - Select ‘Deposit’ and choose USDT as the cryptocurrency. Select Network - Choose the same network (ERC20, TRC20, or BSC) that your USDT is currently on in your OKX wallet. This ensures the transfer goes smoothly. Copy the Deposit Address - Binance will generate a deposit address for the selected network. Open Your OKX Wallet - Log into OKX and navigate to the wallet holding the USDT. Withdraw USDT - Click ‘Withdraw’ and paste the Binance deposit address. Make sure the network matches what you selected on Binance. Confirm and Send - Double-check all details (network, address, and amount). Then confirm the withdrawal. Wait for Confirmation - The transfer usually takes a few minutes to an hour, depending on network congestion. ⚠️ Important Note: Only use official apps/websites for both OKX and Binance. If your USDT is in a seed phrase wallet, you can also import that wallet into Binance’s Trust Wallet or Metamask and send the funds directly. Let me know if you need further clarification. Today, it is virtual money; digitally manipulating where the bits are dropped when digital transactions occur. With sufficient misdirection, and making sure that the pluses match the minuses so the total appears correct, the debt will spread out to all the little people and the 'profits' towards to folks running this scam.

Some ASMR videos are pleasant and relaxing. Others are more stressful and not worth listening too. Lately a lot of the ones I find are the second category. All of the rapid scraping and rubbing sounds are not relaxing and very annoying. Slow water sounds and light ear blowing and some whispering are relaxing.

I can’t even listen to this because the constant sharp gasps are unbearable which is a pity because the video and title sounded intriguing and promising. I think you could benefit from some good breath control exercises like for singers or public speakers or cut the breaths out.
