How would I adjust the sizing. I’m super petite and short so I wanted to figure out how I’d adjust the sizing
@Avishag_Lea.3 ай бұрын
Hi hanna!😊 it’s ok for the length- just measure from your waist to toes, and add 1cm seam allowance. For your waist width you can just sew the folds bigger OR cut the width smaller, and make the folds so they will fit to your waist size(make sure to leave a gap in the sides for the triangles of the Hakama) I hope it’s clear🙏🏻 thank you for asking me and commenting🩷

@@Laven_lavender101what does the sweater look like?🤔 to be honest I think it would be easier to use a black fabric rather than turning a sweater into a coat.. you can send me a picture of luffi’s cout on instagram and I’ll try to help;)

Hello!! ty for the tutorial, I was searching for something like this! I actually had a smaller measurment doubt: the diagonal cuts of the trapezoid, which angle should it have or what measurments do the triangle it forms on each side has? If it's not clear I could draw it and send it. Ty again.
@Avishag_Lea.4 ай бұрын
Oh hiii!!🌸 You’re talking about the trapeze in the back right? The measurements I used are 24cm on the bottom and 20cm on the top of the trapeze(including seam allowance!) if it’s not clear feel free to msg me and imma send you a pic explaining☺️👏🏻 Thank you so much for commenting and asking my friend!! I’m so excited hahaha I wish you luck on your sewing and I’m here for you if you’ll need!❤

Oh woww hii❤️ Thank you so much for watching and commenting!! You're my first ever comment🥹 First of all you're actually right, i forgot to mention the measurements of the back pleats. It’s suppose to be a fold of 7cm to the middle. and then another one of 9 cm to the middle. There's only two folds. If you want you can message me on intagram and i'll send you a picture explaining❤️❤ THANK YOU AGAINNN and good luck!! You’ll do amazing❤❤❤️💪🏻✨
