your video skills are on point. Your cooking skills, not at all. Those spinach are not crisp, at all. 1. By cutting them before frying them you're exposing a lot of moisture, frying biggest enemy. Also, they're going to absob way to much oil. 2. 0:50 if it sizzles like that, the oil is too hot 3. 0:55 if it boils like that, too crowded. 4. oil is WAAAY too hot to fry garlic, 1:24 garlic is burnt. the end result is not showing anything crispy, just a oily mess.

Lo Ma’am I followed steps and sambhar was amazing, just one more advice I want , once I had sambhar with coconut in Kerala , so if I want to add coconut in this recipe which point should I add coconut?should it be roasted or ground how to add for subtle coconut taste .thanks
