i completly agree with you sir inclusive education should be promoted instead of these kind of things. do you creat universities for other marginalized people like dalits/adivasis/lgbt people? then why do it with disabled people the fact is today blind people are in all the top universities from du/jnu to iims. in fact it should happened in the other way even in the schooling system blind people should be encouraged to go for inclusive schooling because in the most of the special school the quality of education is very poor. the better model is of national association of blind where they provide all kind of logistics support to the students and send them in normal schools.
