Wow, that looks really classy. I just made an SD card wallet yesterday with my own pattern, similar to this. But I made it double sided. I used thicker leather, and the cards are nearly impossible to pull out. Guess I have to stretch it...Next time, I'll order me some alligator scraps and try your pattern. Have a great day.

As I know it takes 48h to dry completly and It's better on vegetable tanned leather. I'm here because I need for a work for my first customer. I need to know if I can use this glue without sewing. For a small (it's about 8mm wide in the narrowest part) watch straps. Any advice, please? Thank you.

There seems to be a problem with most waterbased adhesives. I know of no one who can glue leather without getting any adhesive on the good surface of the leather. No matter how careful. As soon as the waterbased adhesive touches the grain side of the leather, it leaves a mark. No amount of cleaning will remove the mark. Sovent based contact cement can be removed when dried with no marks with a piece of crepe. I have had some small success with applying leather balm (oils and beeswax) to the surface of the leather before applying waterbased contact cement. The thin layer prevents some marking.

After 45 minutes of signing up for newsletters and attempting to purchase the needed hardware to make this watch strap I'm STILL unable to locate a single free pattern that I can download muchless the Apple watch strap that goes with this video. I did sign up for the news letter and establish a purchasing account and everything else that it appeared would be required to gain access to the strap pattern to no avail.

When you click on link pattern! You need to subscribe. and then log in to his page TO BUY Pattern! and free pattern? :) You online have a subscribe screen! "sharing is good! But using it for profit is extremely bad"

You do NOT have to buy the pattern. You just click on the download link. You have to subscribe to the email list and you get a link in the email to the download page. You just click on the download link and you get a zip file with 4 pdf patterns in it. There is no purchase required.

Hello. I can't understand what 0,8mm thickness means. You use a machine and I thought that BOTH piece of leather are the same thickness. But at the end I can see the red one is more thinner than black one. Can you tell me please of final thickness of the black piece of leather, the red one and the thickness of whole strap? The whole strap is approx 1.6mm ideally both will be 0.8mm however this is also down to your preference
