Yea, this isn't how at all... Took some digging. You have to activate narrator with ctrl + windows + enter, then it will tell you it has new 'natural voices' you click install... then it brings u to a page, accessibility - narrator on that page, you click "add" next to "add natural voice" and THAT is where you can download the new voices for windows 11.

.... Except you didn't show the new voices, Those are the default voices from windows 10... lol

This DOES NOT WORK! The only way I found for videos to play in loop is if you create a new folder with more than 1 item, the problem is the folder name displays over the video the entire time. Apple should do better than this, so frustrating!
