Daniel couldn't get a break when it came to the US. He had arthritis during the Diorama tour and couldn't come to the US. Then this group of appearances he had laryngitis. Plus this song is crazy high to sing. I saw them live in LA and he did a much better job.

yessss me hello friend! literally just commented "who else here" on the previous track on this playlist. i can't believe this performance is 17 years ago, and this song is like 20+. it still sounds so fresh.

I saw them live in frogstomp days. Never bought an album till last year, when I got diorama. Loved it so much that I then got neon ballroom after. This will be my next one. The lack of great new bands emerging means I have to go retro, and so glad I did.

Love the later live versions of this song. Daniel plays around alot during the songs "lull" with guitar. Every version is a little different.

The relaxed chemistry between them is brilliant here. Especially the ruggers-volleys-bit with Ben and Chris. I love the back and forth between Chris and Pete, it cracks me up every time!

I love this song. It’s my favorite on the album and easily in my top 10 chair songs. This performance was horrible though. Mistakes from Daniel everywhere, and they cut out the epic outro - the best part of the song. They should’ve brushed it up more and played it at other shows. It should’ve also been a single.

This song got me through a heartbreak many many years ago. Another heartbreak, found this song again for my healing journey. And Daniel is just to handsome so it helps ❤lol
