I forgot I had this but I found it yesterday. Wish it was on shelves for longer. I wanted to buy multiples and expand. I don’t know if anyone else had this problem, but I have two Darth Mauls from this set and the character encyclopedia) and both of the heads have a pupil misprint. That’s partly why I wanted to buy multiples of this set. The black dot is off center making the eye look lazy. I never had this problem with the previous variant or Anakin or Palpatine. I have a theory that they changed to the solid yellow eyes last year because they were trying to avoid this problem. 🤔

The helmet from these most recent sets is the biggest pain in the ass when trying to put them in a good position .the rebels and rouge one versions were the best and I don’t know why they changed it. The new ones look even less out of proportion too so why the change in the first place.

One of the things that stood out to me the most about those old commercials was the backdrops and scenery. They genuinely looked so real that I am honestly curious how did they even do them! LEGO just simply isn't the same anymore. Nowadays it feels like they no longer care about stories and creativity as much as they do simply about getting as much profit as quickly as possible.

The quality of their ads went downhill alongside the quality of their sets. Lego used to be the ultimate brick system to the point their name became synominous with this kind of toy - then Lego had the genius idea to sue everyone who misused the brand name like that. Now we have reached a time where the competitors have not only reached Lego's level of quality but more than surpassed it, in part because they have gotten better and in part because Lego has taken a nosedive. It's sad, as Lego was my childhood to the point where I wanted to become a designer for them. Oh well...

New tumbler is much better i think, old one’s tires are wrong, back tires shouldn’t be flat and front tires should be flat tires. And front tires has gap on sides

The whole “named character battle packs suck” idea doesn’t even apply here, consider that all 4 characters are their own characters, it isn’t trying to be a set for army building, it’s a set for getting some cool singular characters.
