Thank you John Rutter, for all the joy-full music you have given us! I pray your heart continues to dwell in the presence of our dear Lord Jesus Christ for all eternity, as you give Him the honor and Glory for this gift He has given you! (Give Him the glory now - but I’m hoping the dwelling in heaven is later!)

Thanks for sharing this as I couldn't get tickets. It takes a brave man to attempt Mario Lanza songs. But my goodness that tenor was amazing and he really did Mario proud. That has to be the best Lords Prayer I have ever heard. Outstanding thanks!

Very enjoyable class and performance! I agree (I'm an organ enthusiast, not an organist) that your home instrument "does the job." I once noticed that the some of the musical interludes on The Vicar of Dibley sounded like some decent organ riffs. I sent an email saying as much to Howard Goodall and he communicated, through his assistant, that the work was done on a Viscount.

As a retired choir director, John Rutter was my absolute favorite composer to conduct or perform. I loved how my choirs responded to his music!! I am in awe of him!! I also had For the Beauty of the Earth played during my wedding.

Fascinating!.And so true, just a short step from singing in a choir to composing for choirs!

The wonderful Mr. Adrian Brunton who taught me A Level Music at Armagh College introduced me to this wonderful school many, many years ago. A truly inspirational man! Can I ask is he still around? It’s been a very long time
