There is a lot that you can do you can tell KZbin to stop having the ads interrupt your meditation 🎼 other stations have no ads 🎶 you have to tell them. 🍀. 🕊️🤍🪽

@@birdienumnums1 This is a circular breath and I understand it’s intense once you first start Breathwork. I started with this Breathwork for at least a month to allow my lungs and body to acclimate to it before doing it multiple times and working my way up to other longer Breathwork sessions. I’ll be working on slower breathing exercises soon in the studio. Thanks for the feedback. 💖
