I bought a xbox series s scratch and dent one they sent me a bad product. Xbox it's made cracking sounds when holding and sounded like it had a grain or something similar inside of it and the controller had stick drift in it. I have sent it back to them and said they will check it and will update me. Overall horrible first experience, feels like I have been scammed
