I actually liked the look of this case as it was compact for atx so many cases are geared to high end rads and hardware. When most of us use mid range air cooled cases.

the awkward part is putting a tempered glass on a case designed to be moved often. It should have came with an alternative solid side panel (steel, aluminum or acrylic).
@ChillBuilds
@ChillBuilds 20 сағат бұрын
I wonder about that. My guess is that their real intend is that the computer be reasonably easy to move sometimes because you're right, it's nonsensical to have thin sheets of edge to edge tempered glass on a desktop made to be hauled around.

There is no problem with this case. It's made for itx motherboards so the last pcie slot shouldn't even be there. There are some other reasons why I personally think that putting matx mb is also a bad idea. You need to choose mb very very carefully when building in this case.

Hi. I am having a Noctua nh-d15 and i want to upgrade to am5 system. May you let me know if the second fan can fit at the same height of the 150mm fan you installed. Are the RAM completely under the cpu fin stack or it a little bit farther and hit the second 150mm fan. My case is only 165mm depth, so your answer is a big help. Thank you

One of the main selling points for this case for me is the size of 20l. The original Lian Li DAN Cases A3-mATX was supposed to be much smaller in volume. So the Z20 seems to be the only mainstream option for a mATX case with 240mm AiO support.
@hotwings6918

Its only 2L bigger than the nr200p, making it a decently low profile system, but without all the itx tax making it insanely good price to performance. Not to mention the design awesome

I'm planning a Build with the same Motherboard and GPU (altough a 4070 Super). I'd imagine that this Case is as small as it gets for Micro ATX. Really nice! If i wanted to go even smaller, i'd be looking at a (likely) much more expensive Case, a Mini ITX Board, an SFX/SFX-L Power Supply and probably a smaller CPU Cooler in terms of Height (so worse Cooling). This Thing is really appealing! It could even hold a 4070 Ti Super. The higher end AMD Cards are all too big, i checked. Hyped!
@ChillBuilds
@ChillBuilds 13 күн бұрын

@@ChillBuilds I guess we're gonna find out, LOL. Did your GPU throttle? I just checked by the Way. There's 402 Micro ATX Cases available on the German Market and only 34 are 17 Liters or less in Volume. The C6 roughly has 16l. Out of all of those 34 Cases the C6 is the only one that can hold a modern GPU. All the other one's are these small Office Style Cases.

@ChillBuilds 13 күн бұрын
Most times, a case will take almost any standard PC motherboard smaller than the size it's designed for. It'll take ITX boards. I can't think of any reason why yours wouldn't work, but sometimes there can be little quirks with case/motherboard compatibility.

My major complaint the stopped me from moving into this case from my Jonsbo D30 was the thumbscrews on the glass panel. It such an outdated design that I couldn't justify. Not sure what Jonsbo was thinking. It's a minor nitpick in the grand scheme of things, but it's a deal breaker to me aesthetically and function wise compared to simple latches or a magnetic design.
@StevoHDA
@StevoHDA 9 күн бұрын
it protects the case and makes it easier to pickup, not an outdated design at all since most aren't consistently opening up their cases. your complaints are entirely aesthetic

to me it looks good, also symmetrical with the other side though of course a design with no screws jotting out of the panels would also be good. i'm more concerned about the square graphics that make it look kinda gamery/cheap

x670e chipset is known to need good cooling so Asus dropped the ball using those shitty pads. I just checked the temps in my b650 eagle and its peaking at 57c. although I wouldnt really worry about it as long as its lower than 90c under load.

Its not an mATX case. Its an ITX case that happens to also fit some mATX boards. If you have a big GPU like a 4090 your board selection is limited to those with the pcie slot in the top slot instead of the 2nd where many of them are.
