Pyramidal coins, ball-shaped coins... it's all a marketing ploy to fool little old ladies (and naive would-be investors) into parting with lots of REAL coins in order to purchase these things. Like most other "flat" medals out there, these ball and pyramid "coins" are going to turn out being worth little more than the net metal value. If even that, because I am quite sure they are being sold for a huge, completely inflated premium beyond the actual metal value. Serious auction houses and coin dealers are going to give them a wide, wide berth. As long as they are not legal tender, they are artistically nice-looking medals, but nothing else.

This is the most interesting thing I've ever seen! The planning and execution of this piece of silver resulted in the production of something no less than a masterpiece. Coins tend to be so repetitive and boring, to have something like this to come along is like a breath of fresh air. Five stars to the Mint of Poland! Great job. One of these works or art will find It's way into my collection.

I would not call this a coin.... #1: It isn't meant for circulation, #2: The "coin" is about the size of a golf ball.... Who would carry that around in their pocket?! Don't get me wrong; I'm impressed with the laser engraving on all three sides.
