Making syrup is easy… Mix 50/50 sugar/water plus flavoring… If you use a bowl use a scale and measure how much ice you have divide that by two that’s how much syrup you add to the ice, easy Peezy, and you don’t waste your syrup… If you wanna make a Slurpee, then it’s one to one, ice to syrup…

I just got mine from Amazon , I plugged it in and put a 5 gallon jug and the water doesn’t come out, u checked the hose fittings and hit the reset and nothing what else can I do
