RE: astral challenge At end of this particular mtg, Catherine Anne suggested that we request to have a conversation with our/my higher self, just before sleep time (or…this is what I heard). I thought, “Heck- my bedroom is already a portal; I already have trouble sleeping with all of the visiting energies. After meditation last night, I gave it a go. To my surprise, I had not ever sent this request (or remember sending it with such effectiveness). “I invite my higher self to have a conversation with me about whatever the heck I’m supposed to be doing. Please share how I can be in alignment with my life plan, and best fulfill the plan We created.” 💥🔅⚡️🤯 The top, back of my skull was alive as if fizzing and sparkling with the aid of busy sprites. This area is the parietal part of the brain-the center for sensory perception and integration. The right side had been most active. It is the area that keeps track of my environment. That’s pretty great since I can’t figure out what I’m doing ‘here.’ I didn’t know these details about the brain until I Google’d, but was keen enough to invite the light healing. I imagine that We set off for an ineffable conversation. My mind feels different in my body, at the start of this day.
