The worst post sell department... I'm a owner... If u want to be terribly frustrated then u should buy a flat there... Specifically if you want to receive a Terrible Misbehavior from their staff Specifically Mr. Hitesh Patwari.

Those who have already physically visited/moved to this property kindly let me know that is this property worth it? Their price for a 3 BHK seems to be reasonable🤔but all daily basic nessities are available like Pharmacy,Hospitals, Fruit and Vegetable Market,Bank and ATM,Convenience Store,Salon,Malls etc.? Thank You🙏

See,the place is nice,I have booked one in tower 10,but later I realized that it's too far from proper kolkata,8 km from PATULI,20 mins journey,and the fuel cost is rising.You have to opt for hydraulic garage now,they have 1 shuttle like bus to carry u to nearest metro.They have everything in house,off late an indian oil petrol pump has opened just beside the project,local market is just opposite to the project,reliance fresh is attached to the project.Buses from Heritage,DPS,BIRLA HIGH , & probably SOUTH POINT come to the southwinds gate.but one thing I want to share,The SBI HOME LOAN Agents and a few marketing agents are really appalling & irresponsible to say least.

Please don't go for this project... Agreed Ambuja neotia is a genuine builder..But hiland is a third class builder or even less than that...please go for other projects with Ambuja neotia...in case of any doubt please clarify with hiland greens residents who are suffering for years

This is a project of Riverbank developer PVT LTD. Location in Maheshtala Kolkatta. Please check Hiland Green phase 2 project status ( just opposite side of this upcoming project) . Same developer had started this project during Dec,14. Till now not handed over. Informed us expected to hand over by Aug'21 with bore well water supply and with out dedicated car parking.

We would like to bring to your notice that the project USSHAR is an initiative by Ambuja Neotia. This is not the same project or developer mentioned by you. Ambuja Neotia is one of the leading developers in eastern India whose name itself has resembled trust for the last many years.

Conceptualizes, Managed & Marketed by Ambuja Neotia & also refer WBHIRA website hira.wb.gov.in/ of approve project no HIRA/P/SOU/2020/001067 PROMOTER DETAILS & all attached documents. This will justify my comments that USSHAR is a project of Riverbank Developers Private Limited, the same developer of Hiland green phase -2 project; who has started project of since Dec’2014 & not yet handed over.

Stay away from this big fraud project. Serious design fault and dull of sippage. No water plant. CHEATED Mainly to A and E type flats. For details ask any A or E type owner. Ref below pics how ac will look like after fitting. Don't get into the trap by looking outside of the buildings
