Maybe the cord installed uneven or got stuck..repeat to pull to make sure its on the right track/roller..sorry it hard to explain if im not seeing it..hope it help..if it not work try to return to ikea maybe its defective.

Help! Should I filling the plastic tub with antifreeze or remove the metal cap (that gets hot) and place antifreeze there? I keep filling the plastic one and every few days it’s empty yet I see no leaks on ground or under the hood.

Fill the plastic one..Coolant, like any other liquid, can evaporate over time. Though this process is relatively slow, especially in a closed cooling system, it can lead to a gradual loss of coolant without any visible leaks. Factors like high temperatures and extended use of the cooling system can accelerate evaporation.
