My dad’s family is from the Catskills, I was only ever out there one time, for the funeral of my grandmother. It was such a beautiful land. I need to go back sometime. It’s only like four or five hours from where I am now.

I went in December and it was mostly cold and windy. We got very lucky for the fitz Roy hike. Spent 4 days in El Chalten to have two sunny days ~65F
