Can you imagine how much Superman has to mentally calculate how much of his power he should use into every attack? Because I swear I thought they were both going to vaporize an entire populated city the second those laser beams clashed, and it’s scary that they had the capability to do so if they went full force. Superman truly is a scary character when mad and it’s no wonder the evil Superman trope in both DC and in other media is played with as much as it is.

I never liked this scene. Earth-1 would have beaten Earth-22 because he held back and was in full control instead of wounded and maniacal - just like the original Injustice: Gods Among Us video game.

This movie is kind of weak compared to the game story. I guarantee you the video game version of injustice Superman would not be so easily convinced by a pregnant Lois. When both Superman’s meet each other in the game with the injustice version says to the good Superman is after I kill you I’m gonna go to your reality and bring your lowest back here so she can see the good I’m doing.

Again- no one writes Superman correctly. He's an idiot- a complete idiot. He knows nothing about fighting. In the comics, he's supposed to be this genius tactician with super strength, super speed, and extensive training in the top martial arts of the entire galaxy. And then you watch crap like this where he stands there and gets hit. and stands there and gets hit. and throws a punch. and stands there and gets hit. and throws a punch. and stands there and gets hit.... Over and over. Then someone talks him down. Or hits him with kryptonite. How do they hit him with kryptonite? Because he stands there and gets hit by it. Superman fights are awful. Superman did the exact same thing in Batman V Superman.
