This is not an "excellent product" it's the worst mattress I've ever been stuck on. Jail had more comfortable mattresses. Not once do you mention our comfort. Because this isn't designed with our quality of sleep in mind. The Prius Salute RDX is a comfortable mattress, for the same price...

How do you get it off low pressure

My mom just got this model from a different concentrator. It is very loud. Not the running of the machine itself but the puffing of air every few seconds. Is that normal? Or should the puff of air be quiet as well?

The material is very shiny/slippery and weird to sleep on. It’s impossible to put a sheet on because of the straps. I cut holes in a bottom sheet so I could put the straps through. I also put a piece of cardboard underneath it because the vinyl cover will rub on the metal frame when the bed is moved up and down. There’s a small pocket on the side with some plastic pieces in it. Know idea what they are for. The pocket was already coming apart the day I got it. Same material as the bottom so that’s why I used cardboard.

my wife is on the same machine that you a showing in your video. we moved to N.C, and a friend gave us a concentrator that is again the same, respirontics evenflo op1. i moved for NV on 3.8.23 so we dont have a pulmonologist yet. however my wifes medicaid has not kicked in yet here in NC. Back to the problem, the machine has power, runs for a minute and starts to put off a sweet smell. then i get a steady red alarm. Based on that can you tell me whats wrong? contact me please. you should know how to find an email on here. if not leave a messege please. i need some help!!! My wife had pneumococcal pneumonia and viral pneumonia at the same time the year before covid. she has dead spots in her lungs.(scarred tissue actually) thank you for your time.

Can we use without oxygen

My yellow light keeps coming on. I changed the filter. I can turn it off and the light is off for about ½ hour or less and it's back on. I have taken the filter cover and there was a whole day without a problem so I was thinking, could it be the aftermarket filter. Right now the yellow light is on. No kinks in the hose, no blockage near the machine.
