What was your wing loading for the 170 and jump numbers? I am looking at the PD storm 170 myself. Cheers
@dboymc817 жыл бұрын
Janis Petrovics off memory my wingloading was 1.1 and I started jumping it around jump 60.
@traillimooverland78857 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply. I don't quite have that many jumps yet, but do feel comfortable on a 190. My calculated wing loading would be around 1.14 with a 170.
@dboymc817 жыл бұрын
Janis Petrovics if you've been jumping the 190 for awhile with consistent landings then it shouldn't be a problem. Just check with your instructors and see what they think. Also it's good to have a 10knot wind to slow the landing down a little when downsizing I've found. Have fun mate.

How do you like the storm?
@dboymc8110 жыл бұрын
Yeah it's pretty good. Take a bit of height to open though. Usually 800-1000ft. But I've just downsized to a Icarus Safire 2 149. A lot of wingsuit guys run storms. The flares are super nice and it's still pretty sporty for a 7 cell. :)
@yanceyanderson220010 жыл бұрын
I just bought a storm and reading that 800-1000ft was like a kick in the nuts! Haha I just got my A license so I'll just act like I don't know any better! Ja ja thanks for the response dude

This has got to be one of the cutest videos ever!! That Doberman could do some damage, as so could the ferret! Ferrets can bite extremely hard!! They do not mean to do so, it's just they can't see very well, and they have natural instinct to find/kill mice..That's what they were used for yrs ago..and the Doberman, well..he's just bad ass, and could be mean if he/she wanted to..I love their friendship!

I don't necessarily agree with that "sport," I'm just saying it's particularly interesting that your Dobie didn't have her prey-drive activated. Good thing for your rats. I wouldn't recommend putting your rats in a potentially deadly situation.
@hotpuppy7211 жыл бұрын
This is interesting.... especially when you realize that the Dobermann (proper spelling) was derived in part from the German Pinscher. The GP is a short haired Schnauzer that is essentially a half-sized Dobie. The GP was selectively bred to kill rats. In Europe when you hear references to "sporting" breeds you are hearing about killing rats. It was considered "sport" to put a dog in a pen with 100 rats. A record was one rat per 3 seconds. Your dogs are really well behaved. I know a lot of good dogs that despite being perfectly friendly, just go apeshit whenever they see something small and furry running around. Lots of dead baby bunnies. :( Also it's one thing for a dog to be friendly with rodents and another for that curiosity and friendliness to be reciprocated.

1. What does watching anime have to do with being uncultured? Anime is also quite more artistic than most English cartoons (i.e., Family Guy, South Park, The Simpsons). 2. With all the underaged children on the internet, 15 is rather old. At most, you yourself are 18...or just really immature and unoriginal. 3. Is something being homoerotic a bad thing? Last I checked, erotic literature and art have been gathering a decent following, and the gay community is becoming more prominent than ever.

The dog didn't bite one of the rats. The dislikes are because the video was originally titles Doberman attacked by Killer rats. People disliked it because they didnt see a dog getting killed.

Mine is not allowed to play with my friends weimaraner anymore. it kept flipping her over with his nose and she decided after a few times that was enough. She bit him on the nose hard. he screamed and wouldn't go near her. he was ten times her size but scared of the little ferret. In his defense she spends all day play killing her toys and attempted to actually kill a roommates cat that snuck in my room. Grate with people but dues not play well with other animals.
