I hate the Humana customers there all so annoying and entitled and conduent does not even care about there employees mental health even the supervisor are annoying af so your pinged between the customer attitude and the supervisor metrics this call center jobs is not for the weak

I hate my call center job . I have an associates degree and still get treated like crap at my job. I’m not saying it’s a big deal to have an associates degree but should be for a call center. I took the job out of convenience because I can work from home but it’s starting drain me mentally.

This is also customers need to know that call representative is human not perfect person or superhuman to do their request

We really need to start a call center union. After seeing the results of UAW (united auto workers) with the big 3 automakers this past year, it makes me wish someone with the right connections would get a union going for call center agents. I believe Verizon has one, but only because they extended the union from the telecom workers to all office staff. One can dream though.

I work for Giant Financial Brokerage firm and I HATE my Life. My Depression has become a personality trait in my 3 years at this place. Being an emotional punching bag over items you had ZERO to do with is defeating.

25 years a go to me it was the same crowd. I didn’t notice the attitude, but who is not going to be upset with so many people to serve.

How about when people just walk on the streets and they just let their dogs do they morning necessities in front of your house, or on fake grass on front of schools.

Is true if you think in the minimum requirements to be hired you will notice is high school diploma or GED equivalent and to be 18 years old. Somo of these workers did not receive a quality education, therefore is responsibility of any business to train them properly to deliver good customer services.

Best fast food job i had was subway. The manager said in our orientation, "idgaf what you do on the job as long as the work is done. You could be watching porn in the back for all I care, just get the work done" We were allowed to smoke weed in the back during closing and take as many breaks as we wanted. And i can guarantee you that everyone respected the hell out of him and that place ran so smoothly because he trusted and respected us as employees. When i worked at Mcdonalds the management was SO strict and so unforgiving and everyone was just as disrespectful to them back!! Nothing was ever done right and turnover was crazyyy

I had an order with Basset, when the driver called to schedule the delivery, they were going to deliver to me after their first order which was out of town. I pointed out to them that I literally lived across the street from their warehouse, it wasn't difficult to convince them to deliver to me first.

Either you make too much money (too busy) or you order to much door dash.😅 go start your car and get it yourself .

Oh no I'm so lazy to go get my own order and make sure the place gets my food right in person I have so many problems life is just so hard for big baby

Its supposed to be a luxury service, i get it. However sometimes things go wrong. Door dash isnt even profitable yet so i wouldnt count on them spending more money to fix any issues. You might have gotten lucky with a nice driver in the past but dont count on it.

I dont get who would pay double to triple for a meal just because they won't go get it themselves...if you are about to say people are working, make lunch then

Fast food stores normally close the to go bags with stickers so the food can’t be tampered with so the DoorDash driver isn’t able to check if anything is missing. That’s on the fast food places.

That's crazy cuz I'm a millennial and I see other Millennials that are doing what they need to do to survive but they're just like whatever about life and just getting by me on the other hand I think I have a mentality of older man because I fought my ass off to build my credit and buy my house and I got a good job making $48 an hour working here for DWP in Los Angeles but fuck it is hard for us Millennials because we literally have to work our asses off and yet we have all these retired people sitting back chilling and enjoying all the money they're sucking in while we bust our asses and yet our future doesn't look too bright gen Z from what I'm seeing in my own kids they don't even understand their sexualities anymore my daughter is talking about she likes girls but then she likes boys then she likes girls and then she's talking about pansexual I'm like no man you're straight you like boys that's it it just blows my mind because I'm the type of Father where I'm like no guys going to touch my daughter but yet she's telling me all this stuff and I'm like you know you're straight you like boys life is really just got me all twisted up I don't even know what to do but Keep On Truckin and build my retirement and hopefully the future isn't as bad as I think it'll be in these kids can have my house and I can go live on a cruise ship

there is no customer service now a days. best part is we have to tip more now for the terrible service. matter of fact I am longer tipping as yall not only dont earn it or deserve it but, your already being payed an hourly wage. so fuck tips. you don't like it get a different job. no reason ever I should have to tip you for doing your damn job you are payed for. my favorite tip request is from subway. it take you 30 seconds to make me a sandwich wich cost 20 dollars. this should never have been a thing for subway. gaint fucking joke
