I liked their story too except for two things. 1. Historically Sebastian never existed. There is no record of an illegitimate issue with Diane. 2. It's not about how much he loved her. Mary loved Francis. They conveyed this. "It's always been you." And historically, they believe that the poems she wrote while imprisoned by Elizabeth were to and about Francis. Obviously, historical fiction must eventually follow history no matter how we may wish it were otherwise. If you have a Bash in your life and you don't pick him, shame on you.

Well, I have always loved Francis and Mary, but Bash really deserves the best. I love these two together. Francis and Mary were royals, and they had both made many mistakes, and bad choices, but in the end, they sorted it out. I really love Bash and Marry, though, and this video shows the best of both of them, and the love they had had for each other. Francis was the one for her, though, and he always will be, to the end.

if they weren’t going to follow the history, i believe the writers would have made them both get together. bash clearly did not care abt the crown and all he wanted was mary.

Pena que é baseado em uma história real. Se fosse totalmente ficção, acho que Mary e Bash teriam dado um ótimo casal. Claro que sou apaixonada pelo casal Mary e Francis. Mais o Bash é tão Lindo.
