I got my wife a pair of these and I have been trying to pair/connect and also using the app to help with the pairing process but each way I go I can not get it to pop up in the Bluetooth settings and I even hard reset the earbuds and still will not work, any ideas would work.

This was my favorite mouse. The function of the thumball basically replaced the wheel on top of other mice and was used to scroll up and down pages. I found using my thumb was much easier on my hand than using the wheel on top. Unfortunately I think the company merged with another and I can't find a replacement. If anyone knows one, I'd love to hear.
