Thanks for watching! Main camera is the Sony a6400. I mostly used the Tamron 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 on it the entire time.

Awesome trip guy's! A small detour at the start but it all worked out with some great fishing. Maybe that Moose fell through or got stuck in the ice at some point.

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah we settled on the idea that the moose fell through at some point and died there. Tough way to go.

Rock bass means the Brook trout days are numbered. It's interesting that all the illegal camping, winter fishing, access and use of bait fish goes unchecked by enforcement. It's political. Once these Algonquin dome lakes are lost to spiny ray fish a unique glacial relict is lost forever. Sad to see 10000 years of evolution go down the drain in the last 100 years
@ChrisRembKFL6 ай бұрын
Yeah it was very disappointing and shocking considering how deep we were. And you're right about the lack of enforcement, unfortunately it's too easy to get away with breaking the rules. It's sad that we're watching something special vanish before our eyes.
@dylan152436 ай бұрын
Lakes were ruined up there nearly 100 years ago by humans. Lakes have had rock bass and small / large mouth live with brook trout for hundreds of years. Sure the numbers decrease but you can still catch good amounts of brook trout right off highway 60 in the same Lakes humans introduced bass.
