I was in attendance at this performance, it was transcendent. Thanks to the stranger in the BAM lobby who gifted me his extra ticket!!

I was a sophomore at Michigan State University in 1978 and somehow had come across a review of ECM's release of this masterwork. Being inquisitive, I bought it hot off the shelves, went back to the fraternity house, got high, put on the head phones, and was absolutely enthralled. I am still as enthralled today as I was 46 years ago.

One of the best performances of this piece I have ever heard! What energy and precision. Great to see many of my favorite musicians playing my all-time favorite piece of music.

What an amazing performance. Full of swing, very precise and everyone was enjoying themselves playing it. I recognised Vicky Chow on piano. Wonderful to see Steve Reich at the end. I love this work - each section has a different mood and I find it really emotional when the Pulses return.

Of all the people I know in my tiny little existence, I have only met two people who even knew \who Brian Eno is. I bought half of the Ambient Music series in 1980 when I was a Sr. in h sch, and listened to the sporadically over the last year of h sch and my first attempt at college. In the decade that followed I would dust one off and put it on when I needed a time of introspection, or just needed some background music to balance what I need to focus on. A random dude I met at the laundromat over the last several months had some degree of shared experience, and turned me on to this group. How freaking cool is that? Highly recommend supporting these artists by subscribing their channel and buying their discs. And also must insist, if you haven't already, by Eno's discs. First source material is always the best.

Glass jest chyba najczęściej interpretowanym kompozytorem ostatnich czasów, każda jego produkcja ma co najmniej kilka różnych wykonań. Nie muszę dodawać że jest po prostu genialny, po prostu jest.

I was there! it was truly a joy to attend this year’s Long Play, and what better way to end it than with this wonderful piece! I sincerely hope I get the chance to go to another Long Play at some point in the future! and by the way, to David, Julia, and Michael, I hope y’all enjoyed the salsa my dad and I brought! :D

Wow, that was a surprisingly above-par ending (I mean in terms of what you usually hear in new music, not the excellent musician's performances). Really cool piece.

Pranams( Greetings and Thank you) to Steve Reich from Chennai,South India. The word ` minimalism' was SUCH a mental block for me till i heard this work. I really like and admire this piece of music and it was great to see the composer take a bow at the end. Thanks again, Mr. Reich.
