The images where the moon appears to be in a sky with color, is that upstage of a cyc? I would think the black moon box with scrim would only disappear in a black void. How is that effect achieved?

It was great to see you at Left Hand - saw it twice. Thank you again for being such a good teacher, it made a huge difference for me. (And for letting me be lazy at movie charades - the prompt was WALL-E and I just pointed at you.) Best, Syd.

Absolutely delightful interview. I've always liked you, Matt, onstage and off. You're acting is one of the main attractions for me at the Rogue; can't wait to see what you'll do next.

She is way too fun to be a B.A. at 65 and she knew my hero Dan Gilmore and when Susan is in the dark hallway listening to Every performance she is a Theatre Light in herself for all of us.

What is the name of the last song that is sung before the play starts? The guy comes home drunk each night of the week and sees things that aren’t his? Thank you!

Matt Walley in the Rogue work room. What a great idea. He probably would have made it big time in NY so Tucson is so lucky to have him. The way he physically inhabits a character is unequaled and he's the same way as a friend -- unequaled. Glad you got him to share.

Amazing guy. No wonder I like him; one of my first roles 4th grade was The Cowardly Lion. I heard some other great Theatre Folk went to Julliard as well. Sure do like his Self-Deprecating Humor, which is rare in Theatre founders. I have not confronted all my Emotional Memory weirdness with my father on stage either. But McGrath plays adult men Real Well anyway. I'm jealous about those who get "Talkin' Good With Joe" on language from a guy who spent way too many years miming "roles" in Ballet shows and building sets everywhere. And y'all have to Revive Death of a Salesman and Jerusalem. Thanks for this. Audience As Community is the Bottom Line.
