I have been wathcing your channel for years, and I can confidently admit that you probably have the best way of explaining traditional Surinamese recipes! All the other channels I have seen look good too but the way you teach us about the ingredients their history, the humor, the charm, and how every step of the way you really make sure we don't over season, overheat, don't break certain traditions. I love this because you're the best channel on KZbin that preserves these recipes and a lot of Surinamese people have probably learned to cook from you. And others like me too!
