I love listening to Journey songs with Steve Perry singing on them. But let's face it - even the best vocalists will lose their vocals at some point. It's not something to deny or mock somebody over. There are many '70s and '80s bands out on tour these days with younger vocalists replacing the lead vocalists. If you don't want to be replaced in your band someday as a vocalist just become a guitarist like Neal Schon or Mick Jones.

Well, Journey is still selling out arenas and been like that for the past 16 years. So, yeah he is terrible and Journey has not kicked him out yet? 😉 I think he has done and is doing a great job, that’s why.

He used to be really good but every good singer eventually lose their voice or can't sing like they used to. Even Steve Perry, John bon Jovi, Mariah Carey, etc can not sing like they used to. So yeah arnel is no exception. Plus they've been touring continuously.

STEVE PERRY is equal to JOURNEY..one of the most distinguisable voice in rock history..arnel is not recognise in rock history..i saw journey in 1981 at meadowlands nj..the best..

I did not see Journey in 1981. I saw them in 2023 and 2024. I saw them in Calgary last month and that was the best for me. 😀

That’s normal and natural. If he still sounds like 2008, then there’s something wrong 😄😄😄. He is still great especially if you watch him live. That’s why arenas are still packed. 🙂

Watching Journey's Concert Live-- at the venue is such a great journey experience, it's worth every penny! ..*How many 70's and 80's rock bands are as hot as Journey? lots of them have failed! One reason was that Arnel Pineda has that versatile vocal ability, endurance,, young looks, and superb energy and charms to capture the crowds on the stage and give an incredible performance each time! Hats off Arnel Pineda!, Bravo Journey!
