I will say, I enjoyed the parts about allowing yourself to go through the emotions is something I forget to do from time to time. Great timing releasing this to remind not just me, but everyone as well. Let the emotions go for the day, but you're right tomorrow will be better. Great video guys!

Here are my thoughts on music: Music is created for self expression in a way that others can find beautiful and join in with. I don’t believe it all has to be directly about praising God, but give praise where it’s due. Music can celebrate, lament, declare longing, pray, or just make pleasant background music. To make my point from the Bible: Over a dozen psalms are pleas and laments to God. Psalm 133 admires when brothers dwell in unity. As you would expect from a religious text, the Psalms are mostly praises to God, but they do have other focuses as well. There are psalms that curse enemies, an attitude that Jesus shunned, commanding to pray for enemies instead. So even with praying through the Bible one has to practice discernment. As long as a song does not promote immorality or untruth, I don’t think anyone has to beat themselves up for listening to a piece of secular music they can relate to. It requires discernment from the listener for what they can allow themselves to listen to while living everyday to accomplish good.
