You should NOT use forks in teflon coated pan. Looks like your pan is a pan with teflon coating. The coating is safe, but the material holding it to the pan is NOT safe. Using a fork scratches & nicks the coating, thus exposing the harmful material underneath. My sister in law does this. We tell her NOT to use a fork when cooking, but it fells on deaf ears.

Green juice is Yanang leaves extract .it is available in Asian Market. Northeastern style is not normally add lime juice however Bangkok style do add lime juice to the salad.
