Very interesting indeed, although the historical section neglects to mention the British origins of Unilever.

NBC was still pretty much in the ratings gutter back then, until the 1980s when Grant Tinker revived the network.

If you do your research, Bill W did experiment with acid because he was still on a journey of trying to understand his brokenness from within. When he did realise why his dependence on people, places and the exterior to make him happy he soon realised what the problem was. AA elevated him to a god and he was seeking fulfilment in that which was making him unhappy. He wrote a letter on this called emotional sobriety.

Hard Hat Harry is one of my favorite 1990's VHS TV shows growing up as a kid. I've been watching it since I was 3 years old and I love the series ever since. The Hard Hat Harry Adventure Series gives you more information than the Real Wheels Adventure Series. When I was very young my Grandma gave me a 3 pack of Hard Hat Harry VHS tapes. That was Hard Hat Harry's real life Farm Equipment, Hard Hat Harry's Real Life Space Shuttle Adventure and Hard Hat Harry's real life Giant Construction Equipment. I remember in both the Hard Hat Harry's real life Farm Equipment and Hard Hat Harry's Real Life Space Shuttle Adventure in the very end of each one seeing all of the other episode trailers in the series that Hard Hat Harry has done and my dream was to collect the whole series. But the problem was we don't know where to get them. That is when we discover Amazon, eBay and streaming survives like Tubi. If you are getting into Hard Hat Harry or want to get back into Hard Hat Harry I would recommend Prime and Tubi. But if your a collector and want something to bring back your childhood memories then shop around on Amazon and eBay and look for the VHS and DVD versions of Hard Hat Harry.

My dad worked at Rockwell for decades (and North American Aviation before then). He told me, "Boeing has B-Grade engineers held together by A-Grade managers. Rockwell has A-Grade engineers held together by Brotherly Love." Rockwell's aerospace and engineering was later bought by Boeing...

I was an employee from 1967 and remained until I retired in 1999. I was able to meet my husband there and raise 12 children. During the summer when college help was hired, my Twins, my two daughters, and one other son worked at lever and attended college. They now have great jobs and multiple degrees. I grew up at Lever Bros and made friends who I still stay in touch with. The company had a history of providing jobs when I worked there and we became a family owned business due to the stocks we owned at that time. Although I was hired during the Civil Rights era I was always treated with respect by my co-workers. Thanks to the things I learned while working at Lever I was able to share with fellow students as I decided to continue my education. On May 14, 2021 I graduated from Coppin State University with a BS degree in Urban Studies.

Pete was a visionary, an icon and an inspiration to millions. He also considered himself an "old Grandpa" to thousands (if not more) folk and progressive musicians who sing and work for social justice. I know he was a role model for me, and I will miss him very much all the rest of the days of my life.

You gave us a signed copy of your fascinating book "Sandsong". You are an amazing human being. We will always remember our time spent with you on a summer day at the beach. Thank you!
