I've seen a video of a young Shaolin boy, probably 6/7 years old, doing the flips with his arms folded in front of his chest, so his head and feet only, touched the stone floor!!! Very impressive!!! Good luck with your training !!👍

Hey Olcay, yes one year is a perfect time. But now it is difficult to come to the school because of the situation. They offer though online trainings on martialarts.training/

Nelavemu churnam 100gm+Amla churnam100gm+pasupu50gm mix all powders and store it and take the powder half spoon in 300ml water and make it 150ml half by boiling it and drink it in early in the morning and evening two times daily within 1week uti will be cured. jai ayurvedamk

Your Chinese makes no sense.. You probably mean to say 式 which is after yang / Chen etc ;p

san5324 as far as I know 式 [Shì] refers to a form. So it is tai chi 24 form. Of course it could be also written 24杨式太極拳 [èrshísì Yáng Shì Tàijí Quán] Tai Chi Yang 24 form.

I keen to be a Kung Fu master. I have asked my father for permission to travel to China and learn Kung Fu in the summer vacation. However, he approved under one condition which is that it should be an Islamic school. Therefore, I started looking for one, but unfortunately, I didn’t find any. Can you recommend any Islamic school that teaches Kung Fu? as soon as possible, please.
