Love it direct to point, many SW videos get bogged down with way too much extra detail not directly on subject

I created and assembly, brought in a part then created a blank second part and brought that into the assembly. I thought I was working ion the new second part but was still in the first. Is there any simple way to "move" the sketches, extrusions, cuts etc into the empty available part? DUH!

Hi! I try to follow your instruction. But I have problems at assembly. When I try to select the sides for the mate, it says: "both of the selected components are fixed or fully defined so any mates created between them will be ignored. What shall I do?

the bottom layer of your print is bad? you printing on glass, garilite, or blue painters tape? The surface should be smooth or slightly textured with the tape not as bad as you mentioned.... try leveling your build plate a nozzles...

Why is it that when I try to split my part, the parts disappear, and two separate parts are saved as separate files?
@robertgarcia61904 жыл бұрын
You have to tick the boxes for each resulting body after clicking "Cut Bodies." Otherwise, you're essentially saying you don't want to keep any of the bodies you've split

@pegmis9 жыл бұрын
Eddi Kimball Useless is a relative term. I enjoy making trinkets, and that means this has use to me. If you have an idea of something I can try to print (keeping within KZbins terms and conditions) I am willing to at least try it. Best print size I get without much error is about 2" cubed.
