Bosses should be available the week after Christmas! OGs, Darters, and Ecos are up on Tackle Warehouse!

They were smashing the Eco 2 days ago in Florida. Great little bait that gets bit by even the small males

They really will eat the glide at all speeds. Just not everyday like you said. Don't know what's more thrilling.. The bite when crawling the bait, or when moving it fast and they swirl on it. Great video!

For me, there is nothing better than getting your arms broken when you’re working it quick and they eat it!

Which glide do you recommend of yours this time of year?
@clutchswimbaitco22 сағат бұрын
I tend to lean to the Boss if they are on bigger bait, and the Eco if they are on smaller bait. If I’m unsure I’ll throw the OG which is kind of in the middle of those 2.

No snap or split ring... pads in the joints. Tied on hooks with braid. No rattle in the bait... I fish heavily pressured bodies of water and usually always have a good time and catch bigs.

In the beginning of my bait casting career I tried several lines to find out what didn't snap in a hard overrun with heavier 2-3-4oz bait, and Spiderwire 8 Stealth 100lbs or for us Europeans 0,40mm. It didn't snap, no matter how hard an overrun I got. I did not get more than 57meters(190ish ft) but I did not loose any more baits. Over here, we don't run anything else than braid and dont really get why you guys don't run braid :) As a land based fisherman, the high line breakage is needed for retrieving a lure hooked up on something, can just apply more and more pressure and quickly learn where the limit goes, and soon you retrieve 19 of 20 lures snagged under the surface. I neither want any stretch in my line. Don't get that part either, only see problems with not using braid and only positives using braid.

Do these clutches stand vs. pike teeth? Like material, the bait is made of, does not crush to small pieces on each and every bit?

I was told you have to be willing to lose your glide bait in order to fish it properly. Second best investment is going to be a plug knocker.

Yep… caught a monster last march at DVL by putting my boat ( rental ) up against a steep rocky bank and casting out as if I was fishing from shore. This is after I watched 2 boats fish the same stretch from 20 yards out casting in. Same thing goes for points. Cast out and across close to shoe! Angles are key 🏄🏼♂️🎣🤙🏻

True. As I study and practice big bait fishing Ive heard from multiple big bait “professionals” that if you have a follower, your best bet it to speed the bait up ( significantly ) in hopes to get that core reaction from the bass.

The only line I use for both fresh and saltwater, from trout fishing, halibut and strippers from the beach, surf fishing in Mexico, and for every technique from finesse bass fishing to throwing 2-3-4-5 up to 10oz swimbaits and glidebaits is Izorline XXX copolymer. Totally under the radar for decades and 1/2 the price of fluorocarbon! I’ve been fishing for over 40 years and have tried every line under the sun… in my opinion, Izorline xxx is tops. For sale at Tackle Warehouse. Read the reviews if you’re skeptical 🏄🏼♂️🎣🤙🏻

If you do use a snap leave it on the bait. From what I have heard repeatedly opening it will weaken it. Might be true might not but worth it just to leave it on in case

I agree with 90% of what you said, aside from the part about where the two baits get their bouyancy. A resin bait does get its bouyancy from microballoons, and a plastic bait does get its bouyancy from the chamber of air, but...microballoons get their bouyancy from air. Microballoons are much less bouyant than air alone. I don't know the SG of your resin baits vs the SG of a certain mass produced plastic bait, yours could absolutely be more bouyant...but both baits are getting their bouyancy from the air trapped inside of them.
