had this configured, but when I use a non System Admin account to open it, it says not permitted or the console just throws a 403 without any warning messages... only the SA can open and upload the documents... Will this work if the users click directly onto the workflow circle or only if you use the move to next stage button. Or do you need to put the workflow test at the start of the close workflow stage. So it tests the previous values are there and ends the process if they are not?

Hi Softchief, I'm trying to achieve a similar goal, but to save the file in OneDrive instead of send as an email. Every time I create a file and use the Document body field, even with base64tobinary function, the file is always corrupt and cannot be opened. I can't use the download file component in power automate because there is no selectable field in notes. Any ideas what I need to do as a workaround?
