Saint Augustine is more nuanced than a “tourist area”. Tourism is really limited to the downtown area. Areas like Vilano Beach and Madeira offer fantastic coastal lifestyle options.

20% work remote, self employed and or contract workers. I don’t know about that last question (work from home reversal) TBH …alot of job opportunities in Jax w/ all the industry offered as well as low unemployment rates compared to the national avg. I think it will continue to attract entrepreneurs w/ the vast opportunities in the pipeline. With all these folks moving here biz follows to fill needs. Thanks for watching.

Hello sir, I know you made your KZbin video thumbnails from Fiverr, but if you don't do SEO your video won't do well, I have seen your video. Your content is very good. But as it is not SEO friendly, you are not getting targeted views, so subscriptions are not increasing. Seen some more issues with your channel recharge. Your videos are not seo, the title, description is not channel related seo and your channel is not promoted due to lack of proper seo your videos are not appearing in search results, professional SEO is expected to give good results, you will benefit.
