Changes in one of those steps can lead to a lower reproducibility because of moisture content fluctuation, e.g. sample container is not sealed and moisture can evaporate, especially for samples with a higher temperature. The value of 0.001152 g/cm3 shown in this video corresponds to the test conditions when carrying out this experiment.

only operators are going to use shortcuts, although i have to be and administrator to create the shortcut i can't create it for another user, so basically i need to create a new user with admin rights, create the shortcut using the new user as an admin, and then set him back to operator rights... for me it doesn't make any sense. In my opinion a user with operator rights should have the possibility to create shortcuts for himself, but obviously not the possibility to modify\delete the method\series, operators should have just the "AddToHome" button

Dear @esmeantonio9461 Distilled spirits, such as Vodka or Gin, are considered pure alcohol and water mixtures. The alcohol content of these types of alcoholic beverages can be measured directly via density measurement - no further sample preparation is required. On the other hand, alcoholic beverages, such as liqueur or alcopops, contain other substances (sugar or flavors) that strongly influence the density measurements. These alcoholic beverages need to be distilled prior to density measurement in order to achieve a correct alcohol content.

METTLER TOLEDO does not have a video on how to measure the density of palm stearin oil with a pycnometer. In general, palm stearin oil can be handled like any other edible oil and fat. The most common standards for edible oils and fats, e.g. AOAC 921.08, define refractive index measurements at a certain temperature (at 20 °C/40 °C). METTLER TOLEDO's digital benchtop instruments have an integrated temperature control that allows you to achieve more accurate results. The integrated Peltier temperature control quickly heats up or cools down the measuring cell so that you can perform your analyses at the desired temperature. This is a typical setup you will find in array spectrophotometers. As the light passes through the diffraction grating, each wavelength is diffracted at a slightly different angle, causing the different wavelengths to separate from one another. The detector then measures the amount of light at each specific wavelength, allowing us to determine the absorption or transmission spectrum of the sample. The two meters FiveEasy and FiveEasy Plus differ in the arrangement of buttons. FiveEasy meter hosts separate buttons for Mode and Setup, whereas FiveEasy Plus has a combined button for mode/setup. As a result, the duration for press may vary in both cases. For FiveEasy meter, a short press on dedicated setup button will navigate to the setup menu. However, If it is a FiveEasy Plus meter with a Mode/Setup button, a longer press would be needed to navigate to the setup menu. Dear andreiasimoes5508 There is no video specifically for calibrating the MP80 melting point system with the LabX PC software. The MP80 melting point system offers the possibility to measure 3 melting point capillaries at once. We recommend to use only one substance per measurement so that the system provides a statistical analysis (mean, difference) and offers the possibility to detect outliers, e.g. due to improper sample preparation.
