I've concluded, after 15 years of independent research, that Charles Dickens was a literary imposter who plagiarized much of his best work. This includes "A Christmas Carol," which I have concluded was originally written in American by Mathew Franklin Whittier, and his wife, Abby Poyen Whittier.

As an independent researcher, I've discovered evidence that this story, "A Christmas Carol," was originally written by an American couple named Mathew and Abby Whittier. Charles Dickens merely re-worked it into a ghost story within six weeks, commercializing it to make quick money.

Mathew Arnold translated Qura'n into English. I think it is his great contribution to literature. Though I have not read his translation but I have come to know that his translation is better than Marmaduke Pickthal which is also a very good translation.
