Nice break, but what exactly is a "1st Degree Senior Black Belt"? So she's the lowest level, yet at the same time a senior?

+cdsmetalhead99 Since you have to wait a year in order to become 2nd Degree there is a testing halfway through so students keep coming to classes and train on consistent basis. It's for motivational purposes and gives the students a chance to get evaluated so they will know what they need to work and improve on.

We use the same stance that boxers and fighters use. Sideways with elbows tucked in and fists up for protection of the head. Weight distribution is 50/50. Heels slightly off the floor for added mobility. With the back leg round kick you should land forward. Do not bring the leg back.
