ഞാൻ ഈ product nandilath g mart- ൽ നിന്ന് 30-03-2024 ൽ വാങ്ങി.... ഇപ്പൊ 4 മാസത്തിനിടക്ക് 5 times ഇത് complaint ആയി.... എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ഇരുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ ഇത് ഇരിക്കുന്നത് അവരുടെ service centre ലാണ്.... GST included ഇതിന്റെ വില 48000 ആണ്... വളരെ മോശം product ആണ് ഇത് മാറ്റി തരണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ ഞാൻ ഇത് resale ചെയ്യാൻ ആണ് service center സാർ മാര് പറയുന്നത്....

I also bought a 65 inch Google TV from Thomas. By 10 days, its display became complianted. Even after calling the service center many times, they did not find a solution. It's been a month now and they haven't provided any solution yet. Very very bad product and bad service. You should never buy a product from this company. I don't know what to do next. My money is gone. Can you give me a solution?

I purchased Thomson FA series 40 inch full HD Tv order id: OD331144484538928100, Invoice number:FAGWIW2500022764 on 02/05/24. This tv sound not working after installation of 3 days. It is beg to all don't purchase Thomson products. They not receiving the call nor respond the mail for registering complaint. Their authorised service centre refuse to repair beyond the registration of complaint. Flipkart also cheating that they will not take any favour after return validity. Flipkart totally neglect to help as well as contact with Thomson company for resolve the issue of customer. If I purchased the item from shop certainly they will help to resolve the issue. It is the real fact. Don't be cheated.
