I just got back from 5 weeks in Argentina . It was my second time there, and Buenos Aires is an incredible city ! I was in Colombia two years ago , and I found Medellin totally overrated. It's full of guys looking for Colombianas, and it's pissing the locals off . Centro is ugly and dangerous after dark . Poblado is steep and difficult to walk in . I preferred Pereira to Medellin . Sorry to disagree, but Buenos Aires is a far superior city .

I watched a Netflix show last year called "Fake Profile" which was set in Cartagena 🇨🇴 , they showed the elite wealthy gated estates of the place in it and this is a surprisingly different side of the place, the lead actress in it is the one who plays Elisa in "Who Killed Sara", I seem to have a thing for everything Spanish / Latin American (the food language music dance culture) just need to work on getting fluent at speaking it like you :)
