Hi ClarqNwaya. The landscape was made with VUE - using the (procedural) STRATA terrain, that creates realistic terrain details depending on the angle of the surface. The material is also controled by this strata effect and is procedural. The clouds are no big deal, I would say. You can use VUE as a 3DSMax Plugin where the road, the car and all other assets were added, animated and renderd. The biggest problem was to embet the road. I wanted it to be completely flat, but the terrain is obvisily hilly, so in VUE you can add an extra layer to the terrain, that add height to it. That gave me the possibility to nearly flatten it along the road. To make it perfekt, I modeled extra stripes on both sides, that sunk in the Strata-Terrain. Now you can see no holes in the ground. It was a real challenge I must say (first time in VUE), but if you want to work with photorealistic landscapes VUE is the best choice - GOOD LUCK!
