I have been living this exact life for years since I got out of the Corps. Its rough, but worth it. As long as pain and loneliness is your best friend. Fortunately for me, it has only ever been my #1 teacher. Now i cant relate to hardly anyone's complaints/mindsets. As they dont even exist to me...

I like what Ragnar said As you get older you’ll learn happiness is not that important. All the ppl I grew up with that are gone their happiness is neither here nor there. Happiness being so damn transient and fluid is a really bad goal objectively when we think. “What’s your life goal? Describe it without saying what it is.” ‘I want to live to be in a state of mind that is never constant it’s barely consistent for even 1 full minute. It changes all the time with past fulfillments no longer being of any consequence and in fact I don’t even reminder what made me happy years ago. I want life to do the impossible and put my mind and body in a permanent state of glee that’s never existed for humans despite the ladders for it progress being outdated quickly and always changing on an minute by minute basis.’ Yeah happiness is a trap goal don’t have happiness as a goal or destination bc the destination changes all the time. Wow need to get rid of the societal expectation I deserve and wan to to feel good and happy so I should be like that. WRONG
