Alert Alert Alert!!! All our cash more than $750 Canadian dollars were STOLEN from inside the Safe in our room!!! Room # 3211 in Memories Paraiso (#8 on your list) in connection with Grand Memories Santa Maria. We are a family of 4 stayed in room 3211 from Nov.28 to Dec. 5th, 2023. We bought this much cash in case of medical emergency. On Dec. 4th around 1:30PM after we returned the room from swimming, the safe was still locked but all the cash was gone!!! No damage of the door or the safe. It seems like someone managed to remember our passcode and knew exactly when we were gone from the room. Now that I remember, there are couple of times the cleaning ladies were already inside of our room while we were getting ready to leave. We reported to the hotel management and asked to call the local police. We were told the cleaning ladies will be questioned but until we left around 7PM on Dec. 5th, we didn't get any updates. I still give one star because some workers in the buffet, lobby, and gardeners are very friendly and hard working. We are not going back there again for sure. What made us upset is not only the money, but more of the attitude and doing nothing from the hotel management. if you are thinking of going there, think twice and please be cautions!!!

Für mich, der auch Taucht und im Urlaub in ein nicht so "großes" Hotel mit viel Ruhe haben will, ist das "The Makadi Spa" in der Makadi Bay ein TOP ***** Hotel. 👍Only Makadi Spa (ab18+) Gäste habe die Möglichkeit in ca. 21 Restaurants, Gillstationen und Bars zu Esen und zu trinken! Paloma Oceana is goed. Mits ze betere zitmeubels in de pianobar zetten, de toiletten aan het strand vernieuwen evenals de strandbad. En iets doen aan de keukenbrigade. De rest is super.

The Royalton used to be my favourite resort. I've been there seven times, however, it is now run down and needs new management. This used to be a very quiet resort but it has been re-vamped into a party place with loud pumping music everywhere. It's not even clean any more. I used to recommend the Royalton but it's now on my list of places to avoid at all costs. Stay away.
